THE TREATMENT OF POSTAL MANAGEMENT

The treatment of postal management is a totally automated phase inside Gureak Marketing, in such a way that this phase doesn’t slow the process of any mailing of postal delivery.

Gureak Marketing offers different alternatives at the time of delivering their postal effects in a good postal service: public postal operator (Postal Office), private delivery operators, messaging, depositing all in a spot through direct transport. For that, we must consent with the client the best way to optimize their logistics (cost-quality), given that it will have to suppose one or another postal treatment of the effects to deposit.

Gureak Marketing acts to all effects as a postal office towards their clients, let’s say that it has the same validity to deposit it in Gureak Marketing than in the Postal Service or any other private postal operator.

Gureak Marketing makes a labor of postal classification of deliveries from the birth of mailing (when treating the database). Such postal order is respected in all the process of mailing (foldings, envelopings, baggings, manufacturing…).

Occasionally, the postal effect is stamped (mechanic stamping of “seals”) with their corresponding postal product and weight. After this, it is classified by Postal Codes (local, cities of more than 50.000 inhabitants, foreign countries, etc.) and incorporating some spaces of Postal Service perfectly classified by destination. Each morning Gureak Marketing consolidates all the postal objects (of different clients) to make the deposit and seal the Delivery Note of the Postal Operator.

Gureak Marketing in its postal service remits its client the delivery note (validated by the postal operator), in such a way the client can escort the deposit date of the postal objects and the coincidence with the number of registries of the sent database.

Gureak Marketing deposited last year 130 million postal objects, in their 18 productive centers, for a multitude of clients. These numbers imply a wide knowledge of the operative in postal treatment.An incorrect postal classification can result in a widening of the delivery deadlines of the postal objects provoking negative postal services.

ADVANCE PAYMENT OF POSTAGE

Due to the great volume of correspondence that passes through the Gureak Marketing centers, it is always required, according to an estimation, an advance of the postage to pay.
