THE PURGE SERVICE OFFERS THE DOCUMENTATION THAT GUARANTEES THE SECURITY OF THE PROCESS:
a) Contract of confidentiality that guarantees the management, treatment and certified document destruction gathered by Gureak Marketing.
b) Certificate of document destruction with their grade of corresponding destruction.
c) Accreditative certificate of the quantity of documentation carried to the Authorized Manager. The Residue Regulation of April 21st 1998, in article 11.1 says explicitly “Owners of residuals are committed, as long as they’re not managed by themselves, to grant them to a residual manager, for its evaluation or elimination”.
